Thank you for purchasing an Outpaw product.
All our products are protected by our warranty for a period of one year
from the initial purchase date. The warranty only protects the product
when directly purchased from Outpaw or one of our licensed dealers.
Please note that your warranty claim may be rejected in the following
situations:
Purchase from an unauthorized dealer or distributor
Loss of invoice or receipts (verification of purchase date)
Verifiable repair attempt
Product damage due to improper packaging or transport

Product damage due to a use not included in the user manual.

Attempted manipulation or signs of external force
In case of a malfunction or defect of your Outpaw PetIdent 160,
a. please return your Outpaw PetIdent 160 to your dealer or
